Hypnosis to stop smoking Stop smoking laser treatment

Some heavy smokers are asking treirselves: are there any stop smoking benefits for me or have all of the years of smoking caused too much damage for quitting to be of any benefit? The answer is: not at all. The human body is amazingly resilient.

Within the first day of quitting, the process of recovery begins. In fact, within the first minutes you decide not to smoke some radical changes will happen in your body.

It is known that nicotine causes your blood vessels to constrict. Your heart will beat faster and your blood pressure will temporarly raise. But after approximately 20 minutes of putting out your last cigarette your pulse rate and your blood pressure will return to normal. Truly amazing, isn’t is?

Here are some other stop smoking benefits you may find interesting: Within 8 hours of smoking your last cigarette the nicotine level in your bloodstream will fall between 90 and 95%. Your body tries desperately to get rid of the toxin.

Four hours later, the oxigen level in your blood -which was lowered by the carbon monoxide- will increase to normal. Carbon monoxide level will also drop to normal. Your body is literally fighting for detoxication.

Within two days of putting out your cigarette, your damaged sence of smell and taste are beginning to return to normal. A strawberry will taste much more like a strawberry and the smell of a flower will change unexpectedly. Trust me, it is a great feeling.

A day later, your whole body will be completely nicotine-free and almost all of the chemicals will passed from your body. The functional abilities of the lungs are increasing and breathing is becoming easier.

Can you believe that? Only three days after you smoke your last cigarette all these great things will happen to you…

Between days 5 and 8 an average ex-smoker will have about 3 crave episodes per day. This isn’t so much, considering that any episode will not last more than 3 minutes. It is possible that these minutes will feel like an eternity, but I suggest you to time it. It should be over in about 3 minutes.

On day 10 you will encounter at most 2 crave episodes per day, and each one will be shorter than 3 minutes.

From day 10 to 14 these episodes will become much shorter and „lighter”. Your blood circulation in your gums and teeth (greatly affected from smoking) will be as good as that of a non-smoker.

Within day 14 to 28 any impatience, depression or difficulty related to cessation will completely end!

During these days your lung function will continue to improve (don’t forget that your lung was greatly damaged), as well as your circulation. Everyday activities like walking becomes easier and you heart attack risk will begin to drop.

In the following months (1 to 9) fatigue will greatly decrease. The overall energy of your whole body will increase as well.

Within one year of quitting, you will feel much better in full with energy and your risk of a heart disease will drop to less than half that of a smoking person.

Within 10 years, your risk of lung, mouth or throat cancer will decrease by about 50%, and your risk of coronary heart disease will be that of a person who has never smoked.

I hope you are willing to do all these benefits to your body and make a step towards quitting right now.
